Resources for claimants

Claimants must be able to provide the requested documentation to demonstrate that they are the rightful owners or authorized legal representatives for the property owner.

You must be the claimant to submit a claim request. A claimant is:

  • A living account owner or the authorized representative such as Power of Attorney, Public Guardian and Trustee
